You must be informed before deciding to tint your windows. We can help you! Although the ceramic film is a little better than the carbon, charcoal and high-performance film, it does not mean that it is the best product for your needs; especially if you have a tight budget and prefer a matt look in your windows.
There is only a 5% difference in infrared light blocking between these films!

The difference in energy savings is minimal for a car.

Ceramic dye tends to reflect light, so it has a mirror effect on the outside. Reflective films are not allowed in Colorado. You can check laws here.

Some stores may convince you to choose a ceramic film just to charge you more.
Is a budget an issue for you?
Go for carbon tint, it looks great, has a matt look and porcentage in infrared light blocking is almost the same as ceramic. It will just cost half the price.
Are you more interested in energy-efficiency?
If energy-efficiency is your top concern, you’re probably more interested in ceramic or carbon window tinting, which does the job in terms of preventing solar heat gain and sun fading but has a lower price tag. There is only a 5% difference in infrared light blocking between these films! Metal window films will do the job, too, but you may prefer the opacity of carbon to the shinier, or more reflective qualities of metalized options.
